My people are taking me on a roadtrip at the end of August and I'm really nervous about it because I really don't like being in the car that much. What can I do to make it easier?

While I can't exactly relate because I enjoy being in the car, the eight-hour stretches did get to be a bit much – even for me. I think it all boils down to peep-management: specifically, the more uncomfortable you can appear to be, the more they'll do to make you happy. I recommend getting up and down a few times, circling a few different spots and hanging your head off the back seat from time to time. I did that and got Dan to give me his pillow.
